Noeleen Devlin is a highly experienced and accredited counsellor, psychotherapist, supervisor, and trainer. She has a wealth of experience working with clients and supervisees both in person, over the phone, and via Zoom, since 2007.
Noeleen's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Child & Adolescent Therapy, a Bachelor of Science in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Autism Studies and a Diploma in Supervision.
Recently, Noeleen completed a certificate course with Eoin Stephens and AUsome Training in providing neuro-affirming therapy to clients who are neurodivergent.
For ten years, Noeleen worked as a Clinical Director in Pieta House, the Centre for the Prevention of Suicide and Self-Harm. In this role, she was responsible for recruiting and training clinical support staff and therapists in the Pieta House model. She also provided mentoring and training to managers and was involved in conflict resolution. Noeleen was instrumental in developing the Pieta House Model used by therapists to work therapeutically with clients in crisis. Additionally, she provided training to external agencies in the area of mental health and training in assessing suicidal risk.
